I just started working tabata intervals into my running workouts (all out sprint for 20 secs, light jog for 10 secs, lather, rinse, repeat). I did my first tabata running workout Saturday, and on Tuesday my legs still ache from it as if i did an hour of strength training on my legs. It’s awesome! I intend to start working them into my indoor cycling workouts soon.

This is great, thanks for posting this. I’ve been looking for a new training venue, and this sounds like the place for me.
